It all started with a cup of coffee and an open house.​​

 

When Ian launched the Guesthouse in 2024, Lizzie invited him to serve coffee at one of her listings—and something clicked. Their shared love for people, good conversation, and doing things a little differently led to their collaboration SAME SAME BUT DIFFERENT: an event series across Denver where they poured coffee, shared real estate insights, and collected winter coats for neighbors in need.​​

 

What began as a collab project turned into something deeper. They became each others biggest cheerleaders and joined in each others businesses. Today, they’re partners in both life and work. Ian is now a licensed real estate agent and Lizzie is co-owner of the Guesthouse. Together, they blend warmth, creativity, and care into everything they do.​
